Apple iPhone New Location Spoofing Method (No Lightning/USB Dongle Required) — ILovestudy
Apple's network location service returns
coordinate data to achieve network-based virtual positioning for iOS and apps.
Apple’s system positioning is not limited to GPS; it simultaneously
cross-references Bluetooth, Wi-Fi hotspots, and cellular tower locations. This
multi-dimensional data provides high-accuracy location information for iOS and
applications while preventing positioning failures caused by weak or
malfunctioning GPS signals.
Comparison of Methods
Existing Market Solution
Requires a hardware dongle (Lightning/USB-C
GPS module) paired with a dedicated companion app to modify locations.
·
Pros: Non-destructive mod, no jailbreak
required, plug-and-play convenience.
·
Cons: Becomes unusable after iOS system updates;
requires purchasing additional hardware.
ILovestudy Tutorial Method
Modifies the returned coordinate data
directly to achieve location spoofing.

needed, compatible across iOS versions (tested on iPhone 17 Pro running iOS
26.5.2).
